Welcome to Funky Slippers. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Funky Slippers, operated by SABOHI TRADERS LTD. We use Shopify to power our store and provide our services to you (the "Services").
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, govern your use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Your order isn't confirmed until we accept it and process payment. Review your order carefully — we may not be able to cancel it once accepted. If we cancel or change an order, we'll contact you using the details provided at checkout. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases must be for personal or household use, not commercial resale.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout, confirmed in your order email. Posted prices exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Delivery times stated on our site are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the courier, risk passes to you.

Shopify's name and branding belong to Shopify; all other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Funky Slippers is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Funky Slippers. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Funky Slippers, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Funky Slippers.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed under Shopify's own Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this clause limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You agree to cover any losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party right.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements.
21. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours without notice.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both you and Funky Slippers agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
