Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your slippers. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email hello@funkyslippers.co.uk. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Please don't send items back before requesting a return — we can't accept unsolicited returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@funkyslippers.co.uk so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used or worn items cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately — this is the fastest way to get the right size or style.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at hello@funkyslippers.co.uk.
