While we make every effort to meet our 6–9 business day shipping window, delivery timescales are estimates. FunkySlippers is not legally liable for unexpected transit delays caused directly by courier backlogs, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified address.
7. Returns & Refunds
