Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. 

Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (not worn outdoors).
• The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Items altered, damaged, or soiled after delivery cannot be accepted for a return.

How to Return Your Item
To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

1. Request Authorization: Email our support team at hello@funkyslippers.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. 
2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will respond within 1 business day with your return authorization and the exact delivery details for our UK returns facility.
3. Pack & Post: Pack the slippers securely. We strongly recommend using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Tracked 48) and retaining your proof of postage. 

Exchanges
If you require a different size or design, please initiate a return using the steps above. To ensure you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible, we process exchanges by issuing a refund for your original item upon receipt, allowing you to place a new order on our website immediately. 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your goods are faulty or not as described. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@funkyslippers.co.uk . Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the fault or damage

Once verified, we will arrange for a full refund or a priority replacement to be shipped at our expense. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs on verified faulty items.
